PUBLIC NOTICE

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission proposes to make the following regulations:

1.     HERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Generation Tariff under Multi – Year Tariff Framework) Regulations, 2010.

 

2.     HERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff under Multi – Year Tariff Framework) Regulations, 2010.

 

3.     HERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Wheeling Tariff and Distribution & Retail Supply Tariff under Multi – Year Tariff Framework) Regulations, 2010.

 These draft regulations are available on the Commission’s website (Click here to download).

The interested persons / consumer organisations and stakeholders may send their objections / views / suggestions, if any, to the Secretary, Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission, bays No. 33-36, Sector – 4, Panchkula by 7th June, 2010. The draft regulations are also available in the office of the Commission at the above mentioned address.

PUBLIC NOTICE

 

INVITING OBJECTIONS / SUGGESTIONS ON THE APPLICATIONS FILED BY GREEN INDUS BIO – ENERGY PVT. LTD. & SHREE KRISHNA CAPTIVE ENERGY PVT. LTD. FOR DETERMINATION OF TARIFF (S).

 

Green Indus is desirous of setting up of 5.6 MW Poultry Litter based power project (thermophilic anaerobic digester) in Barwala, District Panchkula and Shree Krishna Captive Energy is desirous of setting up biogas power plant (cow dung from Gaushalas as the primary fuel) of 347 kW each in the Districts of  Rohtak, Hisar, Bhiwani and Jhajjar of Haryana.  

 

In the above context, the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) intends to determine tariff / power purchase price in respect of the above proposed projects based on new and renewable sources of energy.

 

The Commission invites comments / suggestions/objections from the stakeholders and experts on the tentative key assumptions / parameters as mentioned below for computation of tariff. Based on the feedback received from the stakeholders / public and experts the Commission shall finalise the assumptions / parameters and accordingly determine tariff for sale of power from these projects.

Invitation to submit objections/ suggestions/ comments:

 

Written objections/ suggestions/ comments are invited from the public and other organisations on the above tentative assumptions/parameters. All interested parties should submit six copies of their objections along with supporting material, if any, to the Secretary, Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission, Bays No. 33 - 36, Sector 4, Panchkula – 134 112. All comments / objections should be sent by messenger or through registered post so as to reach before 5 P.M. of 26th May 2010.  The persons, who are desirous of being heard by the Commission in person may mention so in their written response to this notice. 

 

The objections should carry full name and postal address of the person sending the objection and shall be supported by an affidavit as per the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004.  

 

The date of public hearing on the subject shall be intimated separately.
