In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission proposes to amend some of the provisions of the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conditions of Transmission Licence) Regulations, 2008.

The proposed draft amendments of these regulations are available in the office of the Commission at the above mentioned address and also on the Commission’s website (click here to download).

Interested persons / consumer organisations / stake holders may send their objections / views / suggestions, if any, to the Secretary, Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission, bays No. 33-36, Sector – 4, Panchkula by 31st August, 2010.

Applications are invited Through proper channel by 6.9.2010 to fill-up one post of Assistant Director (Accounts) in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800+ Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 on deputation basis initially for a period of one year within can be extended further from time to time. The candidate with the qualification of Graduation and has qualified SAS examination or a Chartered Accountant with four year professional experience in areas of accounting, managing office budgets / pay rolls etc. shall be considered for the aforesaid post. The HERC Proposes to fill up one post of Assistant Director (Accounts) in the revised Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800 plus G.P. Rs. 5400 on deputation basis having the following qualifications and experience as under:-

1) Graduate in any discipline and qualified in SAS examination or chartered accountant.

2) Four years professional experience in accounting.

3) Experience with a managing office budgets and payroll.

1) Demonstrated capability in analytical modeling.

2) Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the power sector.

3) Good communication skills.

4) Knowledge of Hindi

2. It is requested that application from eligible and interested officer who can be spared immediately on selection may please be forwarded to Secretary, HERC Bays No. 33-36, Sector-4, Panchkula, alongwith the following documents/ certificate so as to reach this office by 6.9.2010

i) Photocopies of the ACRs of the applicant for the last five years duly attested by an authorized officer.

ii) Certificate to the effect that no vigilance enquiry is pending against the concerned officer.

iii) Certificate to the effect that no penalty was imposed during the last 10 years.

iv) Maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of the application.

While forwarding the applications, it may be certified that the particulars furnished by the applicants are correct.
