PUBLIC NOTICE

The General and Miscellaneous Charges leviable to various consumer categories for providing different services by UHBVNL and DHBVNL were approved by the Commission in its order dated 22nd December, 2000 on the ARR and Tariff filings for Distribution and Retail Supply Business for FY 2000-01. These charges have not been revised since then. The Commission proposes to revise these charges in view of increased employee cost, increased cost of material / equipment and other factors affecting the cost of service.

Interested persons / consumer organisations may send their objections / views / suggestions, if any, to the Secretary, Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission, bays No. 33-36, Sector – 4, Panchkula by 30th April, 2010.
