PUBLIC NOTICE

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission proposes to amend some of the provisions of Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Guidelines for Establishment of Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers) and (Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2004 and Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance for the Distribution Licensee) Regulations, 2004.

The draft amendments of both these regulations are available in the office of the Commission at the above mentioned address and also on the Commission’s website (click here to download).

Interested persons / consumer organisations / stake holders may send their objections / views / suggestions, if any, to the Secretary, Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission, bays No. 33-36, Sector – 4, Panchkula by 30th November, 2009.
