ORDER

This petition has been filed by Sh. Om Parkash resident of Village Shahpur, Mohan Nagar, Ambala Cantt. seeking direction to be issued by the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission to HVPNL/UHBVNL for withdrawal of sales circular 15/2000 and 21/2000 for release of connection to unauthorized colonies.

During the course of hearing the petitioner Sh. Om Parkash orally submitted that he has filed a petition in the Civil Court, Ambala and got stay on this count. The case is therefore sub-judice and as per the provisions in the Commission Complaint Handling Procedures, the Commission decline to entertain the complaint and

as such the petition filed by the petitioner Sh. Om Parkash ,resident of Village Shahpur, Mohan Nagar, Ambala Cantt. stands dismissed.
